How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

Shipping Charges and What to Expect

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. 
 
Shipping charges are automatically ESTIMATED when you place your order online. Unfortunately Canada Post's live rates usually underestimate the shipping cost, since they are based on the weight of an individual item. When your order is packed, ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES are calculated based on the length, width, height, weight, method and business or residential location. We may suggest a better price alternative when available.
 
If the actual shipping charge is different than the online estimate, we will send you an email with the actual shipping cost for your approval. We'll wait for approval before your card is charged.
 
Once your order ships, we will confirm by email. You can also track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from your "My Account" page at any time. If you have any trouble, please phone (403) 207-4441 and we'll do our best to fix the problem.
 
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for delays in mail, transit and/or customs.
 

Custom Orders

Customs items are slowest, since they are made to order. Once we receive your full payment and your approval of the design proof, custom work takes up to 4-6 weeks before we ship it to you.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
 
Equipment and custom items are made to order. (We are a small business and only have a small space for inventory, while most equipment is quite large.) Once we receive your full payment including shipping, (and your approval of any design proof if applicable), we will assemble your order. Equipment is made to order and generally takes a few weeks, but may take months in some cases. Unfortunately service times cannot be guaranteed.
 
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
