Shipping Charges and What to Expect
 

We will email you to confirm we received your order. Note: Volusion is experiencing technical problems with shopping carts. For example, tunnels do ship free but may not display zero shipping in your cart. If you experience any difficulties, email webmaster@HuntersHeart.com or phone (403) 207-4441 and we will do our best to make it right. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Service Times

We are a small business and cannot hold inventory of large items. To keep prices low, we place large orders that take time to be delivered by freight, especially if crossing the border. Some agility equipment is made to order and may take a few weeks, but may take months in some cases. Unfortunately service times cannot be guaranteed. Please don't order from us if you are in a rush, since we don't want to disappoint you.

Custom Orders

Customs items are prepaid and made to order. They are final sale and not refundable. Once we receive your full payment, we will purchase materials and build your order. Custom work may take months before we ship it to you. Unfortunately service times can't be guaranteed during peak times.

Shipping

We know shipping is a hassle. Please bear with us while we try to deliver your items safely. We never make any money off of shipping, but for our business to continue we can't take a loss on shipping either.

Shipping charges are automatically ESTIMATED when you place your order online. Unfortunately Volusion's live rates usually underestimate the shipping cost, since they are based on the weight of an individual item. When your order is packed, ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES are calculated based on the length, width, height, weight, method, location and gas surcharges.

If the actual shipping charge exceeds the cart's estimate, we will send you an email with the actual shipping cost for your approval.

Taxes and customs/duties are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for delays in mail, transit and/or customs.

Please note that Canada Post and Purolator have maximum size rules, so large, heavy equipment may require freight shipping on a pallet. Purolator will only ship to physical street addresses, not PO boxes.

Contact us if you have a special request e.g. pickup at a dog event.

Once your order ships, we will confirm by email. You can also track your packages, review your orders, print invoices, and more, from your "My Account" page at any time.

Local Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your item instead of having it shipped, please select PICKUP as your Shipping Method during checkout. If the shopping cart incorrectly charges you shipping or tax, contact us and we'll make it right.

Pickups are available by appointment and require at least 24 hours notice, even for in stock items. Backordered items will take longer. Please suggest a few times on the day you want to pickup and we’ll respond with our availability. When your order is ready, if we haven't heard from you, we'll email you to schedule pickup.
