|Our website is set up to ship to Canada and USA only. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
We'll email you to confirm we received your order.
Shipping charges are automatically estimated when you place your order. Unfortunately Canada Post's live rates usually underestimate the shipping cost, since they are based on the weight of the individual item. When your order is complete and packed, actual shipping charges are calculated based on the length, width, height and location. We will send you a final email with the actual shipping cost for your approval. We'll wait for approval before your card is charged.
The Shipping Method you choose will determine time in transit. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for further delays in mail, transit and/or customs.
Taxes and customs/duties are the customer's responsibility. We are a small business and cannot hold inventory. Equipment is made to order and generally takes a few weeks, but may take months in some cases. Unfortunately service times cannot be guaranteed.
If you prefer, email us to arrange to pick up your product. We will be attending AAC Regional Championships (June 2013) in Edmonton and AAC National Championships in August 2013. We'd be happy to bring your order to you there for pickup; just email to let us know. While you are checking out, please select OTHER as your Shipping Method. If you have any trouble, please email or phone us and we'll do our best to help.
Customs items are prepaid and made to order. We are a small business and only have a small space for inventory. Once we receive your full payment and your approval of the design proof, custom work may take months before we ship it to you. Unfortunately service times can't be guaranteed.
